Noah and David meet at the first “official” rehearsal of American Idiot at Brookfield Theatre in Brookfield, CT. David joined rehearsals a week later than everyone else, so for a while, Noah wasn’t sure he actually existed. The whole cast went out to O’Connor’s afterwards; Noah remembers his heart racing when David turned to him and told him tot ell the table his life story in 60 seconds or less.

November 3, 2019

On opening weekend, after the Sunday matinee, Noah and David slip out of a cast party to go on their first date - to Pepe’s, of course. It stays a secret for exactly four more weeks, until the closing night party.

First couple’s trip - to Rhode Island! They explored Providence and Newport for a fun winter weekend.

April 18, 2020

In the midst of COVID, and with Noah’s blessing, David brings home a beautiful brindled baby French bulldog named Piglet. Noah falls in love with both of them.

Summer 2020

After the shock of quarantine wore off, Noah and David are reunited and spend every weekend together at David’s place - raising Pig, baking, watching movies, playing Scrabble…

September 2021

Noah and David move into their first home together! They rent a bona fide party house in Danbury with far too much space (except for Piglet).

April 28, 2022

The couple leave the country together for the first time! David brought Noah to Paris for his 25th birthday; he finds this out on a birthday drive as David pulls into airport parking. Noah later repays the favor with a birthday trip to Aruba.

October 31, 2023

Craving something new and exciting, Noah and David escape to the Big Apple to begin their NYC adventure. Over the next year, they collectively attend approximately 50 Broadway shows and consume several thousand black-and-white cookies.

December 28, 2023

In a beautiful cabin in the quiet Icelandic countryside after a 5-hour round of 36 questions, David asks Noah to marry him.

After a relentless search and with Piglet’s eager consent, Noah and David purchase their first official home - a beautiful woodland cottage with a sleepy pond in Redding, Connecticut.
